Making Food
Warm potato fennel salad over organic greens with a candied ginger vinaigrette. I am attempting to actually cook and make food a few times a week, even though it is way easier just eat out when your eating alone. I'm about half and half right now, but i would like to be cooking more. I am sure with the farmers' Market coming up on Sunday that there will be some inspiration to cook. Last night's creation was all from the market. Tonight I will be preparing all the food for Feast in the Moutains tomorrow. Time to get cooking...
