This weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving, but i have been lovingly referring to it as Fake Thanksgiving. I don't know if the Canadians really like that too much. They will just have to deal, because i'm from America aka the greatest country in the Universe, and we celebrate real thanksgiving is in November when it should be. Anyway, in Whistler this weekend they have a "turkey sale", which is like a massive gear sale of last year's stuff. Skis, snowboards, Jackets, everything one would need for fun in the snow. Since i left my winter jacket in CT against my mother's better judgement, i decided to check it out because it is getting dang cold up here. As usual if you ask nicely, and it's something you truly need, the universe delivers. The Sweetest deal ever.
I am fully ready head to toe to play in the snow. I even got an ugly purple hat and snow pants.
Bring on the coldness Whistler, now i'm ready.
