the year is official half over. only 6 months left to make moves in 2k8. time is passing really quick. which is great because i get to see all my east coast people in a minute, but it also means i will be moving on soon. i am really enjoying ak even if it doesn't really feel like july.
this is cecil...the highest point in cooper landing. eveery time i walk out of the kitchen the mountain looks different. it's really amazing how the light and clouds play and change mountain constantly.i started a ten day cleanse a few days ago. day three and i feel real good. i got a couple other people excited about this cleanse and are going to be going to be joining in the fun of cayenne spiced lemonade for the next week and a half. it taste just like it smells!.....delicious!
today is my friday...and i'm gonna get this party started right. bike riding and sauna tonight. yay!
